Confesshun

At no time will I admit to transforming, Hulk-like, into a ravening alcoholic the minute I live alone.  However, I will admit that there’s a bottle of Hoegaarden in my Irish stew.

And I just put a glassful of Smirnoff into my marinara sauce.

But I don’t think it proves anything.

    Meh - cooking with alcohol makes you a good cook and not an alcoholic. Now, if you said you’d drank the bottle of Hoegaarden while looking up the recipe for irish stew and downed a glass of Smirnoff straight up making marinara sauce (instead of irish stew) we might be concerned ;)

    Not that I’m saying it was.
